Abstract: Simple Measurement, Cognitive, Balance and Functional Activity. This study aims to develop a model of a simple gauge to measure the cognitive, balance and basic functional activities that can be applied where the elderly only and may be used by health workers, health cadres, or families with elderly members. This Ppenelitian pilot using the number of seniors who evaluate the capability of motion, balance and risk factors with the measurement tools that have been made by the author. The results showed that two gauges form of balance evaluation and early detection of motor skill demonstrated reliability. The fourth measure shows the validity and sensitivity. Conclusion simple measuring instrument can be used in part of early detection tools koginitif, balance and functional ability in the elderly.
