Abstraction: Status of Gizi, ISPA, Balita. Target of this research is to analyse status relation of gizi balita with occurence of ISPA. This Research to explain relation two variable that is free variable which cover status of Gizi Balita with variable tied that is occurence of ISPA, hence quantitative used research type with type of asosiatif. Method analyse data which is used in this research is with test of Spearman'S. Result of this research indicate that there is relation which are positive and signifikan among Status of Gizi with occurence of ISPA

Abstraction: Soft Tisue Mobilization Muscle Sub of Scapularis, Pain In Bone, Functional Ability of this shoulders. Target of this research is to know influence of giving of Soft Tissue Release sub muscle of scapularis at joint of glenohumeral to degradation of pain in bone, repair of giration of eksternal functional ability and of shoulder joint patient of PHS. Periarthritis at shoulder is one of the common sigh at shoulder joint joint, at this case happened at 2% from population, Some term which is often weared for the periarthritis of shoulder is adhesive capsulitis, congelation shoulder, shoulder pain in bone and stiff shoulder, periarthritis of scapulohumeral, tendonitis at cuff rotator, coherent in and tuberculum of bursitis subacromial. this Desain Research is post and pre group one test design, where subyek measured before and after treatment. Result of research indicate that Myofascial release at Myofascial point trigger technicsly Ischemic Compression Therapy can degrade pain in bone intensity and repair of shoulder funsional. Technics this required by correctness in determining situation of Myofascial point trigger and its application only requiring time just but its result can be optimal. Recommended for application at PHS period psien early.
