Abstract: Dorsal Recumbent Position, lithotomy position, state of the
Perineum. The purpose of this study to determine the differences in the state of the
perineum with a dorsal recumbent and lithotomy position and know the long
second stage with a dorsal recumbent position and lithotomy in maternal PKU
Muhammadiyah Hospital Delanggu Klaten. This study uses the analytical method
with the cross sectional approach. Samples taken in this study with purposive
sampling technique. Data analysis using the statistical test Chi-Square test (α
0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the state
of the perineum in childbirth dorsal recumbent position and lithotomy position
on the second stage of labor.
