Abstraction: Bifasik, Blood, Detect Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Target of this research is to know culture benefit of bifasik agar-darah alternatively method quickly and sensitive to detect bacterium of TB, and analyse difference of sensitifitas detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis among culture of sputum TB paru suspek at media of bifasik media and agar-darah of Lowenstein-Jensen, and analyse difference of speed of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among culture of sputum TB paru suspek at media of bifasik media and agar-darah of Lowenstein-Jensen. this Type Research is analytic research of laboratory observasional, that is by comparing result of growth of bacterium of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among culture method of sputum at media of bifasik agar-darah with media of Lowenstein-Jensen. this Population Research in the form of Sputum TB paru suspek of patient paying a visit to Poli Paru RSU Dr. Soetomo. Hasi Research indicate that there is difference of sensitivitas detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis at culture of sputum among media of bifasik and blood of Lowenstein-Jensen, There is difference having a meaning of the the duration speed of growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among culture of sampel sputum at media of bifasik agar-darah with media of Lowenstein-Jensen.
