Abstract: Wound Healing, Circumcision, Ring, Conventional. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of wound
healing by using the ring post circumsisi and conventional, and know the
difference in wound healing post circumsisi patients using couter techniques
and conventional techniques. This is a quasi experimental study conducted at
the landfill (State Education Qur'an) Muhammadiyah Kauman Klaten at mass
circumcision event. Sampling technique study using purposive sampling. Total
sample overall 16 people (8 persons circumcision done with the technique and 8
ring circumcision performed using conventional techniques) that meet the
criteria. Parameters for measuring wound healing variables is to use the
observation sheet indicators inflammatory phase, proliferation and maturation.
Statistical analysis study using Mc Nemar test with significance level of 95%.
The results of this study indicate that post-circumcision wound healing using
conventional techniques faster than ring technique is evidence of statistical
test results values ρ <0.05 (ρ = 0.012).
